Terms for buyers
- Orders are for guest posts on the publisher sites shown in the marketplace.
- You must give a clear brief and a target URL that complies with the law and our content rules.
- Content you supply must be original and must not infringe anyone's rights.
- Publishers may decline content that does not meet their standards.
Terms for publishers
- You must own or control each site you list and describe its traffic and authority honestly.
- You set your price per post and may accept or decline each order.
- You must publish approved posts as agreed and keep them live for at least 12 months.
- Sponsored content must be labeled where the law or search engine guidelines require it.
Content standards
Content must not be unlawful, deceptive, hateful, adult, or promote illegal activity, and must not be spam. We may refuse, remove or request changes to any content or site at our discretion.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Buyers pay at checkout and funds are released to publishers after the post is live and verified. If a publisher cannot deliver an order, we offer a replacement site or a refund of the unused amount.
Replacement guarantee
If a guest post bought through GetsBacklink is removed or changed without your agreement within 12 months of publication, we will replace it on a comparable site at no extra cost.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales or any specificsearch engine outcome. Search engines change their rules, and results depend on many factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
The GetsBacklink name, logo and website content belong to us. You keep ownership of the content you submit and give us a license to display and distribute it as needed to provide the service.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, GetsBacklink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
